The International Summer Gashuku begins with Karateka and Instructors from around the UK

We begin the day with a 20 minute 'High Impact Training' session with Sensei Atkins....

An introduction to Nunchuka with Leigh Renshi....

Bo- Nunchuka & stick continues with Sensei Filenczuk, Sensei Crawford and Mark....
