The International Summer Gashuku begins with Karateka and Instructors from around the UK

We begin the day with a 20 minute 'High Impact Training' session with Sensei Jennings....

 

Nunchuka with Leigh Renshi....

Bo continues with Sensei Crawford and Senpais; Cary, Monique and Thomas....
