7.00am start for the 'International Summer Gashuku' with Karateka and Instructors from the UK and it is great to see SKIF Kodokai students from the Czech Republic again this year....
Kanku dai - viewing the rising sun (over the North sea)....

The students are split into three groups and taught by the senior instructors....
Sumo to warm up the students....
Renshi Leigh teaches Heian Yondan and sandan to the whole class....
The lesson focused on happo kumite....
