The excitement of the weekend takes hold

Training at Great Yarmouth dojo, this years sensei's are Kevin Leigh 5th dan, Colin Needham 5th dan, Ivor Garner 5th dan, Lucie Marsh 4th dan and Shaun McCartan 3rd dan..

The class was first split into three groups with the senior sensei taking one each.

Sensei McCartan teaches self defence and close combat techniques

Plenty of throwing techniques and put-downs

Sensei Marsh teaches Goju-shiho dai

For some the excitement is too much...

The five man demos prove a great success on the day

We finish with the days training with 'murder basket ball'

Saturday night at Hermanus and again a whole bunch of strange people turn up!!!
