Czech Republic, Plzen - April 2012

 

This years Czech Republic course was held in Plzen. The UK sensei's were Ivor Garner 5th dan, Colin Needham 5th dan and Kevin Leigh 6th dan with assistant instructors Natalie Penny 3rd dan, Simon West 2nd dan & Ben Gill 2nd dan

 

 

Sensei Leigh introduces the students to Seienchin Kata

After lunch time.....

   

 

The class was split into three groups with the UK Sensei's teaching further application to Kata.

Sensei's Garner, Needham and Leigh line up with the various Czech clubs and the Plzen club who organised the course.

 

The students are presented with signed certificates and Licences.

 Saturday evening...

The fun begins with a night out with the guys from Plzen and Brno SKIF Karate clubs.

 

 

We quietly move on to a night club in the old part of Plzen.

 

  

 Sunday morning...

 

 An early start Sunday morning and a visit to the fabulous Czech City of Cesky Krumlov

  Lunch in a fantastic old black smiths stable...

 

 

 

 

 

  

 
 

  After a visit it to Castle we need to cool down in the River.

 

 

    Raft wars!!!...

 

 

So much fun finally got to Sensei Garner....

 Sunday night...

 Monday...

 

We are first climb the Historic Church tower in Plzen and look out over the impressive sky line.
