The International Summer Gashuku begins with Karateka and Instructors from around the UK
We begin the day with a 30 minute 'High Impact Training' session with Danny....
The very popular Penalty shoot-out to ramp up the team rivalry....
The traditional opening kata Kanku dai - viewing the rising sun (over the North sea)....
The morning training concentrates on Bo Kata and Bo fighting techniques...
Jitte kata and Jitte with bo...
The students are split into three groups and taught by the senior instructors....
The new team game of 'stone in a bucket' ....

Tug-0-war begins..
The infamous 'King of the Hill' - capture the other teams flag....
