7.00am start for the 'International Summer Gashuku' with Karateka and Instructors from the UK and again it is great to see 11 SKIF Kodokai students from the Czech Republic this year....

The students are split into three groups and taught by the senior instructors....

The class was split into four groups with each of the sensei teaching....
Crisps Scramble - hunger gets the better of them....

The teams create their own Kata to be judged by the sensei....

The inter team swimming gala, events include 1 length races plus the 'imaginative dive' and 'beat the sensei relay'....
The pictures above clearly shows Nikita diving in before Gracie touches the side in the 'beat the sensei relay race', this as of last year is a clear breach of the rules. This inadvertently resulted in the sensei's losing. These rules have been verified by the British Olympic committee and we declare the sensei's the winners.... Oss
