Great Yarmouth High School for the 2004 Winter Gashuku

 Heian Nidan followed by grappling techniques and close quarter training

 The first session over and Lisa kindly volunteers to pour

 Mr Wyche rounds up the students before the second part of the course

 After three hours some of the students had lost their ability to balance
